Quiet pelagic days but we've watch the breeding seabirds well!

Despiste the good winds which normally brings us some interesting sightings during this migration period, this pelagic was a bit quiet for migratory seabirds... But we did see the breeding seabirds well! Of course, Cory's shearwater Calonectris borealis and Bulwer's Petrel Bulweria bulwerii were present everyday.

23rd May 2022 - 11 knots of NE wind decreasing to 7 knots. NE waves up to 1 meter

5 Manx shearwater Puffinus puffinus puffinus
3 Yellow-legged Gull Larus michahellis
Roseate tern Sterna dougallii
Sooty shearwater Puffinus griseus
Zino's Petrel Pterodroma madeira - on the way back

Short-beaked common dolphin Delphinus delphis

22nd May 2022 - Northeast wind up to 11 knots and short waves from same direction up to 1 meter
