Wheaters enjoying Madeira Nature

On the 19th of September 2007 around 30 (Northen) Wheaters where observed and on the next day there were 2 wandering around Lugar de Baixo Pond. On the 22nd of September there were still 1 individual of Oenanthe oenanthe in Lugar de Baixo while on Ponta do Pargo only 5 where observed. These birds are common visitants to Madeira though 30 is a big number for this species.
